What to Expect During Intake
My goal is to make it easy for you to access mental health services. I have tried to make the intake assessment process fast and efficient. It includes two steps: completing the necessary paperwork (which can be done in advance by downloading the forms) and meeting with me for an hour and a half intake session. This extra time allows for open communication about your current struggles and concerns. I encourage you to be completely honest about what you feel and see the issues are. The more details and examples you can provide, the more accurate the treatment plan can be.
Why is this part of the process important?
I pride myself in making our work as individual and as unique as you are. In order to assess your needs and find out what treatment strategy best fits your goals, I will be asking some personal questions.
Printable forms will be coming soon. Thank you for your patience.
