STITCH BY STITCH

Learn to release mental, emotional, and physical energy through the healthy outlet of knitting/crochet. Engage in simple mindful practices and learn creative coping skills.


JOURNALING FOR HEALTH 

Engage in the process of journaling and altered book making to practice self-reflection skills, apply creative problem-solving, to engage socially, and develop an artistic identity.


THERAPEUTIC D&D

A fun, engaging space to practice social skills.  This role-playing tool provides  a unique and invaluable  social, creative, and emotional outlet for clients.

INCLUSIVE YOGA

Develop a mindful, embodied self-care practice that is accessible to all levels. Nurture positivity, confidence, and self-acceptance in this restorative and strengthening practice.


Group therapy is an excellent option for many who may not be interested in individual therapy or for those that want to apply skills that they have learned in a safe, group environment. 

Group topics change depending on need. Groups will last for approximately 6-8 weeks and each session is 90 minutes (though D&D is longer). There are 4-6 participants in each group. If you are interested in joining a group, please email me at ringtruearttherapy@gmail.com.
